If you are a sexual assault victim, you reported the assault to your school, and they failed to promptly and effectively respond then your Title IX rights may have been violated. You can file a complaint with the U.S. Dept. of Ed.’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR).

Parents you have the right to know about your TAX DEPENDANT STUDENT. Universities routinely tell parents that since the student is over the age of consent, an adult they are not permitted to share information regarding, grades disciplinary action etc. This is not accurate!!! See the FERPA link and go to www.securityoncampus to obtain a waiver that you present to your Dean of Academic affairs upon enrolling your student in their educational institution.
